1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jkpk online gaming platform, accessible at jkpk.app ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by jkpk ("we", "us", "our", or "jkpk"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, tournament, or promotion offered on the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jkpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jkpk. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail.

jkpk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain a jkpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from jkpk or had an account closed by jkpk for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jkpk or any of its game providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or coercion.

jkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Where jkpk has reasonable grounds to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use may be voided.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one registered account on the jkpk Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jkpk employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts found will be permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jkpk accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jkpk support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jkpk will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

jkpk strongly recommends enabling OTP two-step verification on your account using your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is particularly important for accounts with meaningful balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jkpk operates a risk-based KYC (Know Your Customer) programme consistent with international best practices for online gaming platforms. As part of this programme, jkpk may at any time request that you submit identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, unlocking a bonus, or continuing to use the Platform. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on jkpk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are credited to your jkpk account balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider. Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 2 hours to reflect in your account balance during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

jkpk does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third party will be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the source payment method. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification, and any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully satisfied.

jkpk processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jkpk reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis, which will be communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jkpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jkpk promotional offers:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses and any associated free spins or bonus funds expire after a stated period. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to the individual offer terms for game contribution tables.
• One account per household: jkpk enforces a strict one-bonus-per-household policy. Bonuses claimed by multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or residential address may be cancelled.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is attached to your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager may be capped at a stated amount. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

jkpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where jkpk reasonably believes that the player is abusing the promotional structure or acting in bad faith.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jkpk Platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been submitted and the confirmation screen displayed, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all selections, stakes, and applicable odds before confirming any wager.

jkpk offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and virtual sports), live casino games (from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slot games (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming), and instant games (including Win Drop and Ocean Lord). Each product category is governed by the general rules in these Terms as well as any specific game rules or sports betting rules published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, jkpk's decision regarding the validity and settlement of the affected wager shall be final. Where a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, jkpk will endeavour to settle the wager based on available data or, where this is not possible, will void the wager and return the stake to the player's account.

For cricket betting specifically: markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or other applicable cricket board). jkpk follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results for weather-interrupted matches where DLS applies. Abandoned matches without an official result will be voided unless specific "abandonment settlement" rules are stated in the individual market terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jkpk Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to fulfil bonus playthrough requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated in-play betting, or match-fixing related activity.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the jkpk Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. jkpk cooperates with relevant financial intelligence requirements and may report suspicious transactions.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; any other act intended to deceive jkpk or another player for financial gain.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your jkpk account, whether for gambling, bonus harvesting, or any other purpose.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct towards jkpk staff or other players via any communication channel associated with jkpk.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jkpk

jkpk reserves the right to suspend or temporarily lock any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, ongoing or completed fraudulent activity, a money laundering risk, or where suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation. During the period of suspension, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. jkpk will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where it is legally permissible to do so.

8.2 Permanent Closure by jkpk

jkpk may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed, where a player is found to be ineligible (including underage players), where a self-exclusion request has been processed, or where closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons. Upon permanent closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any bonus funds, voided winnings, or amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jkpk account at any time by contacting jkpk support via live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and your account balance has been fully cleared. jkpk will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, you may also request self-exclusion, which will additionally prevent re-registration for a specified period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jkpk's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jkpk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jkpk is not liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if jkpk has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional content.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside jkpk's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device malfunctions, power failures, or force majeure events.

jkpk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device has appropriate security software installed.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jkpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jkpk will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, will notify active account holders of significant changes via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered address on the account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.3. jkpk recommends bookmarking this page and checking it periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jkpk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
